Volunteers
Thank you for contributing your time and energy to the sale! The sale is dependent on volunteers like you to help sort and price 80,000 books during the month of February. Please stop in at the High School and lend a hand for a few hours. Below is a complete list of dates and times volunteers are needed:

Volunteer Schedules :
Adults - To schedule your volunteer time please email our Adult Volunteer Coordinator.
Students - To schedule your volunteer time please register here or email our Student Volunteer Coordinator
- Weekend: January 28th – 9:00-12:00 and 11:30-2:30 PM
- Week Nights: January 31st, February 1st and 2nd - 2:30-5:00 PM
- Weekend: February 4th – 9:00-12:00 and 11:30-2:30 PM
- Week Nights: February 7th, 8th and 9th - 2:30-5:00 PM
- Weekend: February 11th – 9:00-12:00 and 11:30-2:30 PM. This is a potential sort date. Check back for confirmation.
- Week Nights: February 14th, 15th and 16th - 2:30-5:00 PM
- Week Nights: February 21st, 22nd and 23rd - 2:30-5:00 PM
SET-UP DATE:
- Thursday: February 23rd – 2:30-6:00
SALE DATES:
- Friday: February 24th – 4:30-7:00 and 6:30-9:00
- Saturday: February 25th – 9:00-12:00, 11:30-2:30, 2:00-5:00 and 4:30-7:30
If your scheduled volunteer time is cancelled due to inclement weather, we ask you to consider rescheduling to another time.
The sale proceeds benefit your school, teachers and you in your classrooms. You can earn community service hours for your efforts, and these hours qualify for NHS.
